Has your boiler been serviced within the last year?

Not keeping up with regular servicing and maintenance can cause irreversible damage to your boiler. We recommend that you have your boiler serviced annually to ensure it is running safely and efficiently for the year ahead, helping prevent an unexpected breakdown during the cold weather, when you’ll need your heating the most!

During an annual service, our Gas Safe engineers will carry out: -

• Gas tightness test
• Check all safety devices
• Flue integrity
• Flue gases analysed – checked/adjusted as necessary
• Heat exchangers & condensate traps checked and cleaned
• Gas rate for boiler operation
• Visual checks
• Radiators checked if required
• Boiler controls checked for correct operation
